Wind-driven rain doesn’t have to create an obvious leak to affect a building. New research shows that moisture retained within wall assemblies can actually increase heat transfer and reduce real-world thermal performance.

That’s why thermal imaging alone doesn’t tell the whole story. At Team Patriot, we combine thermal anomalies, moisture readings, weather history, and building-envelope knowledge to understand what’s actually happening behind the wall.
