What started as a simple deck resurfacing quickly turned into a full rebuild. Once we removed the old decking, we discovered extensive rot throughout the framing and support structure. To do the job right, we took the deck all the way down to the posts, replaced damaged framing, and even installed several new posts where needed.

The new deck was rebuilt using composite decking with hidden fasteners, giving it a clean, seamless appearance without visible screw heads. Not only does it look great, but it is built to last for years with minimal maintenance.

We don’t believe in covering up problems—we believe in fixing them the right way. Another solid project completed by Bass Building & Outdoor Services!

If we’ve had any recent rain, today’s a good day to walk your yard and see how it’s draining.

✔️ Look for standing water
If water is sitting too long, it can damage your grass and plant roots

✔️ Watch where water flows
Make sure it’s moving away from your home—not toward it

✔️ Check low spots in the yard
These areas may need leveling or attention before they become bigger problems

✔️ Keep an eye on bed washout
Mulch or pine straw shifting is a sign water is moving too fast
