About the owner: David Clegg is a Florida State Certified General Contractor and his services are unlimited as to the type of residential, commercial or development work which may be constructed with unlimited height. David has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry with a strong background in both residential and commercial projects. Since obtaining his BS degree in Constructio

n Science in 1991, Mr Clegg has constructed over 100 homes, 19 high-end commercial projects of various types and four high-rises, including a 21 story condo in Panama City Beach, Florida. David has a proven record of stepping into various environments and successfully and safely delivering a superior product on time and within budget. This experience includes leading project teams as well as assisting owners and architects.
