Project Progress Update

We’re making great progress at Westonwood Ranch! 4 of the 5 dorm buildings are now framed, with crews continuing to push the project forward.

Up next, we’ll be pouring the building slab for the multipurpose building and moving into framing. We’ll also be starting the 16-unit building, bringing another major phase of the project to life!

With over 800 feet of boardwalk, the Grayton Beach Welcome Center was designed to provide convenient beach access while enhancing the visitor experience.

The next time you’re in Walton County, catch a ride on the Grayton Beach Park & Ride and make your way over to the Grayton Beach Welcome Center—two JM Phelps Construction projects serving one of Florida’s most iconic beach destinations.

At the Welcome Center, JM Phelps Construction brought a multi-story facility to life featuring air-conditioned restrooms, a climate-controlled indoor space for visitors, and a balcony overlooking the beautiful beaches of Grayton Beach, Florida.

🚍 THE GRAYTON BEACH PARK & RIDE

Another project brought to life by JM Phelps Construction.

Located just North of Grayton Beach, this project includes a 3,400-square-foot building and a 1,800-square-foot maintenance facility on a 7.5-acre site.

JM Phelps also completed the full parking lot buildout, featuring 204 total parking spaces.

Baker, FL, Circle K is set to open September 25th! ⛽️

This project includes a 4,000-square-foot building on a 5.5-acre site, featuring 12 fueling stations and a full site buildout.

We’re proud to see this project reach the finish line and can’t wait to see the doors open very soon. 🏗️🔨
