Hosting guests this summer? A little AC guidance saves everyone a headache.

Keep a simple note posted in your rental with these basics:

🔹 Set the thermostat between 72 and 76 and leave it there. Cranking it to 60 won't cool the place any faster.
🔹 Keep doors and windows closed so the system isn't fighting the humidity outside.
🔹 If the air stops blowing cold, check that furniture or curtains aren't blocking the vents.
🔹 For anything beyond that, leave the troubleshooting to a local pro on call 24/7.
