🌱 Remember the newly built house we graded and seeded?
We finished that project on April 24. With the drought conditions we've been dealing with, we were surprised when we got a call on May 17 asking if the new lawn could be mowed already. Honestly, we didn't think there was any way it had grown that fast!
Fast forward to May 30, and we headed out to cut it. To say we were surprised would be an understatement. The grass came in incredibly well, especially considering how little rain we've received during that time.
Here are the before and after photos. We're proud of how this one turned out! 🌱💪

This underground drain pipe had been crushed, causing drainage issues and restricting water flow. We excavated the damaged section, removed the failed pipe, and installed a new replacement to get everything flowing properly again.
