The Curtis Team has been fortunate to have Jayden Fossett as our Summer Project Engineering Intern.

As Jayden heads to Texas Tech University to pursue his Engineering degree, we’d like to thank him for the hard work, positive attitude, and dedication he brought to our team this summer. We know he’ll accomplish great things, and we hope to see him back in a Curtis hard hat in the future!

When asked what excites him most about engineering, Jayden shared:

“Studying engineering and having the opportunity to solve real-world problems through creative thinking and innovative design.”

PUMP STATION & WATER PRESSURE

Before water reaches homes and businesses, it has to be pressurized and kept moving through the system.

At pump stations, treated water is pushed through underground pipelines using high-capacity pumps and elevated water tanks to maintain steady pressure across the entire water system.
