Congratulations to our Irrigation Technician, Scott J, on his 1st Anniversary with Fleming! 💦🌳

This past year, Scott has expanded his knowledge of irrigation by participating in a number of Hunter University Education Classes including: Installation Fundamentals, Hunter Advanced Product Specialist, Core Product Specialist, Hydrawise Ready, I-Core Controller Specialist, Hunter Valve Technician Course, and Two-Wire System Controller Specialist.

Scott always does his best and sees and fills the needs that arise on any given day! Whether he is working on our installation crews, helping out in the shop, or importing data in the office, he is always eager and ready to take on any task or challenge we throw his way.

We are so thankful Scott chose Fleming Irrigation to work for and to grow his career with!

Today marks 20 YEARS that our Irrigation Service Technician, Craig, has been with us!🎉Craig's knowledge and understanding of each of our systems has helped our company build a strong foundation of trust with our favorite people, our customers!

Craig is an expert valve technician, mentoring and teaching the younger guys his skills and best tricks in the off season. He also takes numerous continuous education classes and boasts a wide range of certifications to ensure he is always update on the newest Hunter products!

We can't thank Craig enough for the time he dedicated to Fleming year round, and feel extremely fortunate he chose his career with us! Thank you for all you do, Craig!

It is a BIG DAY at Fleming, as our Irrigation Service Technician, Bruce, celebrates 35 YEARS with us today! Bruce has been instrumental since the early years of Fleming, helping this company grow and provide the quality service our customers know and love! 🌳💦🌿

Bruce has been part of installation teams, evaluations of systems, has hand drawn maps, and provides the very best service to our customers when starting up, repairing, certifying, or winterizing systems.

Bruce knows the customers by name, and they know his smiling face! He never rushes, and makes sure every customer feels confident in their system. Bruce is always mentoring our younger teammates, willing to listen, and answers all of their questions.

Words cannot express how grateful we are for Bruce, and how lucky we are to have him on our Fleming Team! Congratulations, Bruce! We look forward to more years ahead!

Congratulations to Jason Libbert, our Irrigation Technician, for completing his first year here at Fleming! 🥳

This past year was a busy one for Jason, as he:
- Became certified in the Hunter Irrigation Installation Fundamentals
- Was recognized as a Hunter Advanced Product Specialist
- Completed the Hunter Valve Tech Program and is now a Hunter Hydrawise Specialist.
- Concluded his IDPH testing for backflow testing

To say Jason does his best would be an understatement, as he goes above and beyond every time to make sure the job is done correctly and the customer is satisfied.

We are so grateful your path brought you to Fleming Irrigation and are excited to watch you grow in your career here!

Matt has been a key employee of making our installation team so successful this past year. He received his certificate for Irrigation Installation Fundamentals and is a Hunter core product specialist.

What a fun day! To kick off National FFA Week, Travis and Lindsey were invited to Prairie High School to speak with a class of Plant Science students!

We talked about irrigation, being good stewards of our water resources, and how technology influences irrigation! We loved sharing our passion for this industry and meeting so many young, future leaders!
