Atherton - One estate, one complete perimeter.
This property came to us as four separate problems. It left as a single system.
▪️ Sliding driveway gate. Custom-fabricated metal, engineered for the site, automated with a LiftMaster operator for quiet, dependable daily use.
▪️ Pedestrian gate. Wrought iron paired with warm timber, secured by a heavy-duty maglock and an automatic closer, so it never sits unlatched.
▪️ DoorBird intercom. Two IP video door stations configured for 3-door control. HD video, two-way audio, and remote unlock from a phone anywhere in the world.
▪️ Perimeter fence. Wood and powder-coated steel in a mixed-media build, precision-cut to the property’s grade. Full privacy, zero visual bulk.
Every entrance now answers to one interface. That is what integrated access control actually looks like.
