Progress is taking shape on our Siesta Key project! 🌴🏡

With flooring installed and protected, cabinetry going in, and the pool shell freshly poured, we’re moving into an exciting phase of construction.

Each milestone brings us one step closer to bringing this incredible home to life. Stay tuned as the finishing details come together!

A home introduces itself at the front door. At Oaks Bayside, an iron door fitted with electrified interlayer glass turns from clear to frosted at the touch of a switch, then opens onto a foyer with 26-foot ceilings.

On the water, a seawall and dock belong to the home as much as any room does. At Bayview Sanctuary on Bird Key, we rebuilt both as part of a complete reconstruction of the outdoor space.

The new seawall holds the edge of the property quietly. The custom dock berths multiple vessels on two boat lifts and carries the home out toward Sarasota Bay. A new pool and rebuilt rear deck, finished in stone tile and weather-resistant materials, bring the calm of the water up to the house.

🏆 On Siesta Key, Water's Edge House looks out over the water from nearly every window, and it was named the winner of the 2023 Ultimate House Hunt on HGTV. Wood trim traces the coffered ceiling in the living room and draws the eye toward the view.

Every house carries a story, and an addition or renovation gives it a new chapter.

The aim is for new rooms to feel as though they always belonged, with materials and proportions that sit comfortably beside the original. We bring the same care to an existing home as we do to a new build, and we begin by understanding what makes the house what it is.

Hurricane season runs through November, and building on the coast means listening to the weather all year. We work with the architect on how a home sits on its site and meets wind and water, long before the first wall goes up.

Seasonal residents are beginning to find their way back to Florida.

Some return to a home that kept quietly taking shape while they were away. Most of our clients live out of state, so distance is part of how we work. Calls, emails, virtual meetings, progress reports and drone photography carry the build to you wherever you are.

Planning a build from afar? Call 941-363-1722.
