We recently wrapped up a full office renovation for Cruz Construction and are proud of how this project came together.
This remodel included:
• Tripling the size of the main entry vestibule
• Fabrication and installation of a new structural steel entry roof
• Full exterior re-side and re-roof of the building
• Construction of 8 new offices within the existing shop space
• Installation of a new boiler heating system
• Full remodel of the break room and all 3 bathrooms
• Remodel of the side entry vestibule, reception desk, and café bar area
• Complete lighting upgrade to LED throughout the building
This project involved a wide range of structural, mechanical, exterior, and finish work, and it was great to help modernize and transform the space while keeping the building fully functional.
