We had a great time building this modern plan for some repeat clients. They will enjoy lake and Chugach views unobstructed from their Trex deck with cable railing, and warm up inside with 100% spray foam insulated and radiant heated home, with a wood stove on those extra chilly nights.

We don’t get the opportunity to insulate the homes we build with spray foam very often due to cost, but when we do the difference in heating/cooling retention and sound proofing is incredible!
