58,000 gallons of water saved annually, eliminated 13 pounds of fertilizer annually, reduce waste of 300 pounds of grass clippings annually and getting $1,700 back from Desert Water Agency cash for grass program. I helped neighbors and friends redesign their front yard to eliminate the lawn and refresh the plantings. We got through the cash for grass application and HOA approval pretty easily and quickly. City of Palm Springs has announced it will match DWA's $3.00/ square foot cash for grass to replace your lawn with low water desert landscape. When it is time to decide on the final finishes, 3D design makes it easier. You can visualize the difference in your 3D space. 3', 4' or 5' concrete score marks? On the diagonal? Brushed, salt or textured finish? Much easier to change it in 3D than when the truck is sitting there with 10 workers standing by.
