F&S Frame & Trim

Life isn’t fair. One of F&S Frame & Trims badass carpenters, Jamaican Ninja Nick Haywood, was hit by a 25 year old who ran a red lightly and suffered multiple injuries including the loss of his left foot. Nick exemplifies the F&S way in every aspect of life and is an unbelievably awesome human being. All said, Nick is attacking life in the usual way we all knew he would and is doing amazing despite the unfortunate circumstances. He is scheduled to go home on September 10th and will be back to work with us in no time. If any of you can help, it would be greatly appreciated by all of us. Feel free to reach out to me if needed. Never let laziness or complacency in life set in because we never know what is going to happen except the fact that life is precious and finite for all of us. Thank you in advance

Honored, proud and humbled to have been a part of the Zoo Tampa Manatee Rescue Center project. It was a unique and challenging endeavor to say the least but, as always, we collaborated, communicated and executed to make it happen.

Wood framing contractor looking for high character people to join our field team. Duties include building walls, floor systems (installing floor trusses), roof systems (setting roof trusses typically with a crane) and the like. Our company also does some exterior trim (fascia, soffit, siding) but predominantly rough framing. Laid back, drama free atmosphere and a family oriented company. Requirements: own tools and transportation, responsible and reliable, a great attitude and work ethic, a desire to learn and grown and a strong mindset. NO DRAMA. Drama defined by our company--negativity, complaining, laziness, not accepting constructive criticism and taking things personally. We are a “we always figure it out company” that makes things happen in a safe, productive and efficient manner. We are also a company that is understanding of mistakes as well as being proactive and effective communicators. Our main goal is to surround ourselves with like minded individuals who have discipline and want to learn, grow and get better in all aspects in life.

Culver’s #17 (we think) is a wrap. Foreman Jerome and the crew had the obligatory conclusion dinner due to kicking ass. We here at F&S Frame & Trim value our Team and are grateful to have a great group of people.
