The Kidwell Group / Renn Properties is looking for an organized, dependable, and growth-minded **Office Assistant / Junior Project Coordinator** to help support our office operations and keep active construction projects moving forward.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the person who keeps the details organized, communicates professionally, follows through, and helps the entire team stay ahead of schedules, documents, and project needs.

The role will support areas including:

• Office and administrative organization
• Project scheduling and document coordination
• Client, vendor, and subcontractor follow-up
• File and project record management
• General project coordination support

Construction or project-office experience is a plus, but strong administrative skills, professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and the ability to learn quickly are equally important.
