A painting estimate should tell you more than the price. Before hiring a painter, ask what prep is included, which surfaces are covered, how your home will be protected, and what happens at the final walkthrough.

We put seven useful questions together for Palm Coast homeowners in this guide: https://firstclasspaintingandmore.com/hiring-a-painting-contractor-palm-coast-fl/

Which question would you add?

Choosing an exterior paint color? Take a sample outside before you decide.

Florida sunlight can make the same color look different at the front door, under a porch and on a shaded wall. Look at the sample at more than one time of day, next to the trim and roof, before committing to the whole house.

We can talk through color and the condition of your exterior at an estimate. Call 386-562-5656 for Palm Coast, Flagler Beach and nearby projects: https://firstclasspaintingandmore.com/services/exterior-painting/

A pool deck coating is more than a flake color. Where do people step out of the water, turn the corner or use the stairs? Those paths are worth discussing when you choose a finish and texture. No coating makes a wet surface slip-proof.

This photo is from a real Hammock Beach project. We look at the existing concrete and how the area is used before recommending a coating. If you are planning a pool deck project around Palm Coast, call 386-562-5656 for an estimate.

The flakes are the part you see. This is some of the work that happens first.

We use a diamond grinder to prepare the concrete and a vacuum to manage the dust. We also inspect the floor and address repairs before coating. The right prep depends on the slab, which is why we look at the floor before recommending a system.

When you’re on a tight timeline, finding a painting team you can trust makes all the difference. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amanda needed to get her rental home ready for its next tenants. Jordan worked the project into an already busy schedule, and our crew completed the interior painting between Monday and Wednesday. She later trusted us with painting projects in her own home, too.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to help with both homes—and for Amanda taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. Hearing that our team made a stressful turnaround easier means a lot to us.
