The piles you see above ground are only part of the structure. Thirty feet below, subterranean piles connect to and support the foundation that will carry a second-story pool.

Alesha & Karen went back to a home in Flagler Beach we featured recently, and the first thing they noticed was how the wood mantel ties into the ceiling beams.

The large-format tile fireplace wall is something a lot of people wouldn't think to try, and it's perfect here! That's what a designer does when they build around how the homeowner wants the home to look and function 🎨🏠

We're still stunned by how much character fits inside Seagull Cottage, our latest project!

This week we're looking at three spaces that carry much character. The great room runs under a vaulted ceiling with exposed wood beams and opens through full-width sliders to the back.

The entry hall is painted deep green with a herringbone tile floor and a single chandelier, so the first thing you see inside the red door has as much personality as the door itself.

And the formal dining room sits just off the living space, three walls of windows and a chandelier of its own, the kind of room that gets used every morning.

Our newest home walkthrough is live! Our Sales Director Karen takes you through a 2,200 square foot custom cottage in Flagler Beach with three bedrooms, two baths, a study and a formal dining room.

The home sits back from the Intracoastal, and we still built it with the same care and protection that go into our waterfront homes. Watch for the beamed, vaulted kitchen and the freestanding tub in the primary bath ✨🛁

Welcome to Seagull Cottage 🌅

This custom home sits a few steps from the Atlantic. It holds 2,200 square feet of living space across three bedrooms and two baths, with a two-car garage.

A formal dining room and a dedicated study sit off the main living area, and the kitchen is backed by a large walk-in pantry. The primary suite includes a large walk-in closet, and the primary bath is built around a freestanding tub.

Plenty of people stick with traditional finishes, but this client worked with our designer and went a different direction, and in this smaller the oversized tile makes the space feel bigger.
