Another highlight from our reveal last week: Three bathrooms, three different takes on the water.

The primary is built as a wet room, with the freestanding tub and shower sharing one glass enclosure and a starburst mosaic set into the niche behind the tub. Backlit mirrors run above a double vanity, with a second vanity across the room.

A guest bath goes bolder, pairing wavy dimensional wall tile with an aqua glass band and turquoise hex floors.

A third keeps things quieter with a walk-in shower and a woven mosaic stripe.

The kitchen in our newest waterfront build is oriented around the window over the sink 🔪⏲️

White shaker cabinetry runs to the ceiling with glass-front uppers, a sea glass tile backsplash carries the water color inside, and a long island sits beneath exposed beams and candelabra pendants. A walk-in pantry opens just off the main run.

Here it is! Our full reveal of our newest customer build.

Three levels on the Halifax River in Flagler Beach with four bedrooms, a study, and four and a half baths.

Exposed beams carry the great room, where corner sliders stack open to the waterfront balcony and a linear fireplace anchors the space.

The kitchen opens to a walk-in pantry (do you recognize it from one of our Happy Friday features 😉), with a separate beverage bar on its own balcony. The primary bath is built around a wet room, and the study was placed to hold the water view.

As the new school year is about to start in our area, we stuffed 96 (!) backpacks full with essential school supplies. We're grateful to the Flagler HBA members, sponsors, and partners who made this possible.
