Field update from Hammock Beach ✨

This one is getting closer to the finish line, and we’re officially into the details that bring the entire design together.

On the exterior, custom shutters, vents and railing are underway. Inside, tile and cabinetry are complete, with countertops coming soon and finish work continuing throughout.

It’s been exciting watching this home take shape from the ground up, and it’s turning out beautifully. We can’t wait to see all of these final details come together!

Not every coastal home has to look traditionally coastal.

For our newest Palm Coast Plantation project, a sleek design and warm, contrasting finishes create a distinctly modern take on Florida living.

Next stop: bringing it to life.

Another outstanding job by DreamScapes, putting the final touches on one of our homes!

🌴 Hammock Beach looking good!

This new construction project came together nicely. The landscaping, fresh sod, and irrigation really helped complete the look of this beautiful new home.

Another Hammock Beach home checked off the list. 🤝

PRO TIP: Spend the time on the plans.

There’s a reason we put so much emphasis on the design phase.

Moving a wall, resizing a room or reworking a detail on paper is relatively simple. Making those same changes once concrete has been poured, walls have been framed and trades are already in the field can mean added cost, lost time and unnecessary rework.

A well-designed home isn’t just about how it looks. It’s about thinking through how the home will function, how it will be built and how all of those details come together before construction begins.

The time spent getting the design right on the front end can save a tremendous amount of time and money on the back end.

Design first. Build once.

We’re incredibly excited to have been chosen as the designer/builder for an awesome local family on what may be one of the most unique homesites in Flagler County.

Surrounded by water with nearly 360-degree views, this property called for a home designed specifically for the setting. We’re creating a custom design that takes full advantage of those views from nearly every angle, with the architecture, outdoor spaces and interior sightlines all working together to keep the water at the center of the experience.

There are certain lots you know will become something special from the moment you see them. This is one of them—and we can’t wait to bring this one to life.

A look at the incredible courtyard design taking shape at this custom home on A1A. Designed around a private central pool, the home wraps around the outdoor space so that nearly every room captures a view into the courtyard.

With walls of glass, multiple points of access, and the pool at the center of it all, this is going to be one of those homes where the architecture is just as impressive from the back as it is from the front.

The kind of view that makes the second floor worth it. Our mid-century modern project on A1A is taking shape, and this is what’s waiting just beyond the glass — an uninterrupted look at the Atlantic from across the living space.

Throwback to this Hammock Beach beauty. We still love everything about this space — the oversized kitchen, warm wood details, high ceilings, and all that natural light. A home that feels coastal without trying too hard. ✨

When the homeowners notice the details, too. 👏

A little behind-the-scenes look at our block masons doing what they do best. Quality construction starts long before the finishes go in, and having skilled trades who take pride in their work makes all the difference.

We love seeing our homeowners document the process along the way. 🩵

A Saltwater concept home worth a closer look.

At 3,965 total square feet, this modern coastal home pairs a striking exterior with the space and functionality we look for in a custom design. Clean lines, a strong indoor-outdoor connection and plenty of room to make the home distinctly your own.

Whether you start with one of our concepts or bring an entirely new vision to the table, the end goal is the same — a home designed around you.
