One thing we hear all the time:

“My lawn guy disappeared.”
“I haven’t seen my lawn crew in weeks.”
“I never know when they’re coming.”

We’re not going to claim to be perfect—but one thing you can expect from us is communication and reliability.

If rain changes the schedule, we’ll let you know. If something comes up, we’ll communicate. When we say we’re coming, we do everything we can to be there.

Paul retired after 20 years with the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office and is now teaching our son, Jeremiah, that how you show up, communicate and treat people matters just as much as the work itself.

Danielle helps behind the scenes with billing, scheduling, marketing, pricing and wherever else she is needed.

We’re a local, family-owned business working hard to provide dependable lawn care to our community. 💚

Personal Facebook vs. Business Page

Realtors, your personal profile and business page serve different purposes—and you need both.

Your personal profile is best for building relationships, trust and visibility. Share your personality, local life, behind-the-scenes moments and helpful real estate advice.

Your business page is best for your professional presence. Use it for:

• Public open houses and events
• Listings and business updates
• Reviews and contact information
• Scheduling content
• Tracking insights
• Running Facebook and Instagram ads

The best strategy is to post business content on your Page, then share selected posts to your personal profile with a more personal message.

Personal profile = connection
Business page = marketing tools and credibility

The Reality Behind the Mortgage Process

Social media makes it look easy.

Submit an application. Get approved. Buy a house. Move in.

I wish it always worked that way.

Recently, I had buyers who found the perfect home. They went under contract and were doing everything right. Then the FHA appraisal came back with required repairs.

The sellers refused to make them.

Rather than walk away, my buyers paid for the repairs themselves because they loved the home and wanted to keep the deal together.

At the same time, they had their current home under contract.

The buyers purchasing their home also had a home under contract.

Three families. Multiple homes. One closing connected to another.

Then everything changed.

The lender and title company on another transaction discovered title issues involving a manufactured home that had not been properly retired. The issue couldn’t be resolved within the required timeframe.

One deal fell apart.

Then another.

Then another.

The domino effect took out every transaction connected to it.

My buyers lost the home they were trying to purchase.

They lost the sale of their current home.

And after spending money on repairs for a home they didn’t even own, they walked away with nothing to show for it.

None of it was their fault.

Some days in this business are incredibly rewarding.

Other days remind you how many moving parts are involved in helping families buy and sell homes.

The hardest part isn’t qualifying the loan.

It’s watching good people do everything right and still have circumstances outside of their control impact the outcome.

I don’t look at my clients as loan numbers.

I think about their families.

I think about their goals.

I think about their pets.

I think about the plans they’ve already started making for their future.

That’s why I celebrate with them when things go right.

And why I hurt for them when they don’t.

I’m not just a bank.

I’m not just a mortgage broker.

I’m a person who genuinely cares about the people I serve.

We’ll regroup.

We’ll find another solution.

And we’ll keep moving forward together.

Because that’s what we do.

Should You Mow After It Rains?

🌦️ Can you mow wet grass?

Sometimes…but it’s not ideal.

Wet grass can:

✔️ Clump together
✔️ Leave uneven cuts
✔️ Damage your lawn
✔️ Make mowing harder on equipment

Whenever possible, we allow the lawn to dry before mowing to give you the best results.

Mother Nature doesn’t always cooperate—but we always do our best!

“I want to buy a home, but I don’t have a down payment.”

A lot of buyers assume that means homeownership is off the table.

Not always.

After reviewing this buyer’s situation, we found a down payment assistance program that fit their needs. We also negotiated seller-paid closing costs to help reduce their upfront expenses.

The result?

They became homeowners.

Every buyer’s situation is different. That’s why working with someone who understands loan programs and options can make a huge difference.

Sometimes the answer isn’t no.

It’s simply finding the right solution.
