A couple of our weekly lawn maintenance accounts looking sharp! 🌿

We use a bladed edger to create straight, crisp lines along the curbs—not a string trimmer that leaves large gaps and uneven edges. We also trim, w**d, and take care of the details as needed based on each customer’s request.

Clean edges. Clean lines. Better curb appeal. 👌

💧🌱 CENTRAL FLORIDA — IT’S ALMOST TIME TO CUT BACK ON IRRIGATION!

As we head into the cooler months, your lawn won't need the same amount of water it does during summer. Overwatering can keep grass wet longer and increase the risk of fungal diseases like large patch (brown patch).

⚠️ And if your lawn already has a fungal problem, mowing can spread the disease to other areas. UF/IFAS recommends mowing diseased areas last and cleaning the mower afterward.

💦 Adjust your irrigation schedule as temperatures cool and water only when your lawn actually needs it.

🌴 Keep your lawn healthy now and you'll have a better-looking lawn when spring rolls around!

🌴 From Overgrown & Rocky to Clean, Green & Built to Last! 🌱

This was a complete landscape renovation and full-yard cleanup!

We removed excessive rock, unhealthy plant material, and overgrowth while creating space for salt-tolerant Bermuda sod. We installed a cemented paver brick border for a durable, finished look and cleaned up the entire property.

The new sod was given extra attention during establishment, and it eventually filled in beautifully!

Fall is a great time for sod installation in Florida — cooler temperatures combined with warm soil create ideal conditions for getting new grass established.
