Too much water can be just as stressful as too little. Here’s what we’re watching for after a soggy stretch like this:

🚫 Yellowing grass that feels soft and spongy
🚫 Puddles that don’t drain within a few hours
🚫 Mushrooms (yep, it’s not just a Pinterest aesthetic)
🚫 Fungal spots on leaves or turf

🌴 Is Your Palm Tree Trying to Tell You Something?

Yellowing fronds aren't just an eyesore—they're a cry for help. If you've noticed the lower leaves of your palm trees turning yellow, it might be more than just natural aging. Nutrient deficiencies, particularly in potassium, magnesium, or manganese, can lead to:

-Yellowing at the tips or edges of older fronds
-Frizzle top—a symptom of manganese deficiency causing new leaves to appear wilted or scorched
-Stunted growth and overall decline in tree health

Regular fertilization is key. At SCPM, we recommend a slow-release palm-specific fertilizer applied 3–4 times a year to ensure your palms remain lush and vibrant.
