☀️ As temperatures rise this summer, we're celebrating the innovations that help shape the future of modern comfort.

In 1926, Carrier's installation at the T.W. Patterson Building in Fresno, California became the first multi-story building to be air conditioned by Carrier, bringing comfort to tenants and paving the way for air-conditioned skyscrapers around the globe.

Carrier supports the HVACR Academy at Royal Palm Beach Community High School through the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County, helping students gain hands-on experience and industry certifications that set them up for success in air conditioning, refrigeration and heating careers.

This International Women in Engineering Day, we’re celebrating the women who have shaped, and continue to shape, our industry.

One of our earliest pioneers, Margaret Ingels, was Carrier’s first female engineer and among the first female mechanical engineers in the United States. Today, that legacy lives on in the women at Carrier driving progress and creating impact for the world we share.
