In honor of the passing of Stephen Martz, we at M&M Property Management would like to take a moment to reflect on his legacy and the impact he made in our community. Out of respect for his memory and the work he built, we will be closing M&M Property Management and transitioning operations to continue under Evergreen Lawn Care.

This decision is made with great care and a commitment to carry forward the standards, dedication, and service he was known for. We sincerely appreciate all of the support from our clients and community during this time, and we look forward to continuing to serve you under Evergreen Lawn Care.

In memory of my brother, Stephen Martz, who tragically lost his life in a motorcycle accident on the 17th of this month, I am announcing a significant change in my professional endeavors. Effective immediately, I will be dissolving M&M Property Management and assuming ownership of Evergreen Lawn Care, with the intention of expanding the business in accordance with Stephen's vision. Notably, Stephen commenced his lawn care journey in 2013, and just five days prior to his passing, he completed his final yard. His dedication to his work was evident, and he truly found purpose in his profession. As I navigate this challenging period, I kindly request your support for Evergreen Lawn Care. By entrusting my services, not only will you be enabling me to cope with my loss, but you will also be allowing me to honor Stephen's legacy of caring for others while generating income to offset the expenses associated with his funeral.
