Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11th, 2001, and to honor the courage of the first responders, service members, and countless others who stepped forward in the face of tragedy. May we never forget their sacrifice, and may we continue to stand together in unity and strength. Though many years have passed, the memory of that day stays with us, reminding us of the resilience and bravery that carried our nation through.

Last month the PRS Holdings Foundation swiftly responded to the devastating fires that swept through Los Angeles. In the face of such adversity, our commitment to supporting affected communities shone brightly, exemplified by the prompt initiatives we undertook to provide relief to those in need.

Recognizing the urgency of the situation, the Foundation promptly organized financial contributions and donation drives. These efforts garnered an overwhelming response from our dedicated employee-owners and trusted partners. With recommendations for grant recipients from our employee-owners, we ensured our contributions reached organizations with proven track records in disaster response and community support. Among the grant recipients were the Pasadena Humane, World Central Kitchen, and the California Fire Foundation.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to these relief efforts. The generosity and dedication of our employee-owners, donors, and partner organizations have been truly inspiring.

This Saturday, some of our employee owners at Wulfenstein Construction volunteered their time at Sleep in Heavenly Peace to help build beds for children in need in Nye County. Our employee owners worked alongside other volunteers sanding down bed rails, stapling slats together and more. Thank you to everyone that joined us and volunteering your time for such an incredible cause that makes a positive impact in our communities.

This Labor Day, we honor the dedication and sacrifices of workers everywhere. Employee ownership is a testament to this commitment, turning hard work into a shared stake in success. When employees are owners, their sacrifices are met with rewards that directly impact their retirement savings in the form of our ESOP.

Workers, especially in the construction field are met with risk every day; a risk of injury, or worse, which is why we take safety extremely serious to ensure our field personnel make it home safely each and every day. This risk should be rewarded and that is exactly what we do for all of our employee owners at Wulfenstein Construction which is proudly 100% Employee Owned.
