This is such a fun stage in a build.

You start to see the house take shape in a real way — cabinets going in, kitchen details coming together, finishes starting to show, and all the decisions from earlier in the process finally becoming something you can walk through.

The Colorado Wildfire Resiliency Code starts being implemented July 1.

That means if your building permit is submitted on or after July 1, your project may need to meet the new wildfire resiliency requirements.
