Yesterday morning we got a call from an elderly woman whose husband died a few years back and he was a Vietnam vet. She had a bad leak and her roof was only a year old. We went out and took a look and this is what we found, we advised her to call the company that installed it while we were there to see if they would come fix this. They told her no, that it wasn’t on them. So we ended up fixing it for her for free. Turns out she paid 3 times the amount we would’ve charged for a whole new roof.
This is why it’s important to get more than one estimate and read the warranties. We give our customers a 10 year workmanship warranty, no questions asked, we come out and will fix any problem related to workmanship. We are also the ONLY company that gives a shingle warranty for free.

So before you call that roofing company in Draffenville who did this poor elderly woman this way, do your homework and get more than 1 estimate.
