The trim on this beautiful brick home in the Pines area needed a lot of love. For years, the homeowners battled persistent mold growth. They would wash the exterior annually, but the mold always seemed to return.

The underlying issue wasn’t just the mold itself. The existing paint system had become worn, rough, and peeling, creating pockets where moisture could cling and allow mold to thrive.

We partnered with the pros at Squeaky Squad Pro Wash. to safely remove the surface mold. From there, our team scraped and sanded the failing paint, caulked gaps where moisture could hide, repaired rotted wood, and applied two coats of premium exterior paint to restore and protect the home.
