A dreaded call nobody wants to make. I call Fiers for repair work. They were not my 1st choice, however, they will be in the future! The woman on the phone was exceptional. She sounded and acted like she really wanted to talk to you - not b/c it was her job to answer the phone. Her personality and attitude was very cheerful & contagious. A technician was able to come out the same day. He called to let me know he was on his way. He was very personable, professional, down to earth. He was easy going. His demeanor and nature created a very comfortable environment. He was young but very confident, wasn't afraid to work on a unit older than he, wasn't afraid to call for advice when faced with a challenge. I was highly impressed with the character of the woman on the phone and the technician. Fiers was able to repair my a/c and at a very reasonable price. Thank you!

✔️ Replace your air filter—extra guests = extra air particulates.

✔️ Clean return vents for better airflow.

✔️ Don’t block vents with decorations or furniture.

✔️ Check your thermostat schedule before everyone arrives.

✔️ If you’re cooking a lot, use your kitchen exhaust fan to keep humidity balanced.
