My heart is broken over the loss of the first true American Builder, my brother, my protector, my mentor, my 2nd Dad. 😞💔
I love you Charles Espinoza , I will always honor you till the day I die, I wish we had more time together but I know I'll see you again on the other side. I will watch over your children, I know you would do the same for me. This sadness makes me wanna give up, but I know you wouldn't want that. Please forgive me for leaving your side 🙏🏻🥺💔

This house was a speakeasy during the prohibition in San Francisco (circa 1920). These pillars and steel I-Beams were used to open up the garage for this purpose. The steel I-Beams were a product from Carnegie Steel in the late 19th Century, and were left over from the bay bridges as they were being built during this period!
