One of this weeks repairs, was for a office in Milton.
Water damage from a air handler in the attic. All went well. These jobs somtimes have alot of problems from the orginal texture coming off , blisters once repairs are blended over or discolor in appearance. However this one went very well. Color matched once it dired completely .

✨ Repair Highlight of the Week ✨

This room is getting wallpaper on the ceiling, so the existing heavy knockdown texture had to go.

We skim coated the entire ceiling with joint compound, applying it in multiple directions to completely fill the texture and create a perfectly smooth surface. After sanding and finishing, the ceiling is now prepped and ready for wallpaper installation.
