We hope everyone made it through Hurricane Isaias safely!

Thankfully, we’re safe and came through the storm with relatively minor damage. We know many others in our community may not have been as fortunate, and our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected.

As a locally owned and operated business, this community is more than just where we work. It’s where we live, raise our families, and call home.

As everyone begins assessing the damage and working toward recovery, we encourage you to check on your neighbors, lend a hand where you can, and most importantly, stay safe.

There’s a lot of cleanup and rebuilding ahead, but this community has always been one that comes together when it matters most.

Another custom home moving into the finish stages!

Drywall is complete and painting is underway, bringing this interior one step closer to the finished vision. The open living space, vaulted ceiling, and exposed steel trusses are really starting to show the scale and character of this home.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but it’s always exciting when a project reaches the point where the finishes begin bringing everything together.

This one is really starting to take shape! 🏠🔨

It’s always exciting when a project reaches the framing stage and you can finally start seeing the plans come to life. Walls are up, exterior sheathing is going on, and the roof system is taking shape.

A lot of work goes into getting to this point, and there’s still plenty ahead, but we’re excited with the progress and looking forward to seeing this custom home continue to come together.

Some days in construction start a little earlier than others.

An early start and a long morning, but more than 6,000 square feet of concrete is officially on the ground.

There’s a lot of work that goes into getting to this point, and even more that happens before most people are awake. Seeing two slabs go from forms and v***r barrier to finished concrete makes the early alarm worth it.

Foundation is in. Next step: going vertical.

A lot of work happens before the concrete ever shows up.

With two slabs totaling more than 6,000 square feet, there’s been plenty of preparation to get everything to this point.

Concrete is scheduled for first thing in the morning, and once it’s poured, this project will officially start looking a whole lot more like a house.

Looking forward to seeing it take shape.
