In the wake of Hurricane Isaias, our team has been focused on assessing damage and working alongside our subcontractors to clean up and repair our active job sites, while also taking care of our own families and homes.

As we slowly return to work, we are incredibly grateful for your patience and understanding during this time.

Our hearts are heavy for the members of our community who have lost so much. We know recovery will take time, but we believe in the strength of this community and remain committed to supporting our neighbors and helping rebuild the place we are proud to call home.

If you or someone you know is in need of help, please reach out. We will do what we can to assist or connect you with someone local and reputable who can.

We are neighbors first, and we will get through this together. ❤️

💌 Dear Future Family,

I’d like to introduce you to a few of my favorite spaces—the ones that make everyday life a little easier, more organized, and a whole lot more beautiful. 🤍

My kitchen is made for slow mornings, family dinners, and gathering around the island. Then there’s my pantry, laundry room, and mudroom—because beautiful homes should work beautifully, too.

And maybe you love the idea of a custom home, but don’t want to wait months or make every single decision. You want something thoughtfully designed, beautifully finished, and ready to become yours.

If that sounds like you, maybe I’m the one. 🤍

But if you have your own vision, Candor Construction can build it with you—from your vision, on your lot, into a home that’s uniquely yours.

Two ways to find your way home. Come see if we're meant to be. 🏡

Sincerely,
Your future 🏡

💌 Dear Future Family,

You may have already noticed that I’m pretty great on the inside. But did you notice what’s waiting for you outside?

I come with two acres of room to dream. 🤍

There’s space here for morning coffee on the porch, afternoons spent outside, and the kind of backyard where childhood memories are made.

And I’ve already got a few ideas for what we could do together…

🏊‍♀️ A pool? There’s a perfect spot just waiting to become your favorite place to cool off.

🔥 A place to gather? The fire pit is already here, just waiting for evenings filled with s’mores, stories, and good conversation.

🌱 A garden? You've got the dirt and sunshine to make it happen here.

🧰 A shop or barn? Well, I think I know just the right place for that, too.

I’m not saying I have all the answers, but I do know this: there’s room here for the life you’ve been dreaming about.

I’m tucked away in beautiful NatureWalk in Santa Rosa County, Florida, and I’m looking for the family who will turn these acres into something truly special.

Maybe that’s you. 🤍

Come see what we could build together.

Love,
Your forever 🏡

💌 Dear Future Family,

I’m here waiting for you. 🤍

I was thoughtfully designed with you in mind. Room to gather, spaces to slow down, and all the little details that make a house feel like home.

I have 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 3,000+ square feet of space to fill with laughter, family dinners, and memories that last a lifetime.

I’m tucked away in beautiful NatureWalk in north Santa Rosa County, Florida, and I have a few special features I’m pretty proud of:

✨ My welcoming front porch
✨ Beautiful brick and timeless exterior details
✨ A double-sided indoor/outdoor fireplace
✨ Thoughtfully designed spaces for everyday living and gathering
✨ Plenty of room to make me your own

I’m ready for the family who will fill these rooms with love, life, and a whole lot of laughter.

Maybe you’ve been looking for me, too.

Come see if we’re meant to be. 🤍

📍 8687 NatureWalk Dr, Jay, FL 32565

I’d love to welcome you home.

Sincerely,
Your forever 🏡
