At a standstill on a couple of current projects while we wait on corrected materials for one and painters to finish up at another, so we took the opportunity to tie up a few loose ends.

Today that meant getting the final trim installed on this shower now that the walls have been painted.

This one is officially wrapped up and ready to enjoy.

I’m tired, but it’s a good kind of tired. One more project in the books.

Get with me and let’s get you scheduled for your project. Currently scheduling for August.

Another demo completed, unfortunately this one is going to require most the subfloor to be cut out and replaced. Some of the framing has some staining, but I’m confident that it’s not been compromised. The leak was being caused by a pinhole in the frost free sillcock pipe, and so I found it to only be actively leaking anytime the hose was on.

Spent a couple hours doing a demo this morning. Have a couple other jobs to take care of so by the time materials arrive for this one it should be perfect timing.

They have multiple bathrooms, so it worked out doing the demo ahead of time. I actually prefer this method if possible and this is going to be another pretty bathroom 😍

Same bathroom. Same footprint. Just a little vision and a whole lot of hard work.

Customer is taking care of the paint, I’ll come back to add the finishing tile trim, and this one is about wrapped up.

Grateful for every opportunity to turn someone’s “before” into their “after.”

Sunday update:

Wall tile is complete.

Tomorrow is niche and trim day, then grout Tuesday.

These customers have been an incredible blessing. They've fed me better than I feed myself, encouraged me throughout the project, and have continued putting my name out there to their friends and family.

I'm thankful for every opportunity that comes my way. I don't take any of it for granted.

One project at a time. One relationship at a time.

Back at it tomorrow 🖤

Still not where I’m going.

Miles from where I was.

Currently booking a couple months ahead. If you’ve been putting off a project, let’s talk now so we can get it scheduled and ready to go.

Slowly plugging away at this one and finished out day 4 today. Been a few challenges along the way, but nothing worth rushing through.

The details on this are going to make it. The tile pattern, hardware finish, and shower glass are all going to tie together perfectly for a nice clean look.

Hopefully it will be waterproofed completely tomorrow and I can start focusing on my layout template.

After repairing ceiling holes from people stepping through the attic on two separate occasions, I recommended a better long-term solution.

Removed the flimsy pieced-together flooring and installed 3/4” tongue-and-groove decking to create a much safer and more stable walking area above the garage for access and light storage.

Sometimes the best repair is preventing the next problem before it happens.
