Have been working on an ongoing project of a 200 year old farmhouse. We first completely remodeled the master bathroom, which the original walls were not straight or level at all, so we had to fix that first. After that we redid the master bathroom walk-in closet. Took out the door and installed a pocket door, all custom built-ins. We then went to the inner hallway and and tore out the closet. Made it smaller and installed a half bath beside it as well as ain't lighting and refreshing the hallway itself. After completing that we tore out the hall bathroom and turned it into a laundry room (this project is waiting on the last of materials to complete, so pics to come of that). We are now almost complete with the master bedroom. We tore out the old plaster walls and put up insulation and sheetrock, all new trim, refreshed the fireplace, and then built custom bookshelves, and installed more lighting. We are finishing the painting up now and then will move to finding the refresh of the old doors (sanding, repairing, and painting). At some point we will start the complete kitchen remodel as well, home owner is taking a break from construction and is in her home almost everyday 🤣🤣🤣 We have opening coming up.
