🚛 Happy Driver Appreciation Week! 🚛
A special shout-out to my one and only driver—my husband! ❤️
Although we’re an owner-operator company, I still want to take this week to acknowledge and appreciate the man who keeps it all moving. He has perfect attendance, a perfect driving record, and an incredible work ethic. No matter what gets thrown his way, he always gets the job done.
Even when a truck is on its last leg, he’ll somehow limp that thing to the finish line, get the job done, and then fix it properly. 😂 He never gives up, even when things get hard—even when I’m ready to sell everything and run away! 🤣
Trucking is NOT easy. The long hours, the miles, the stress, the breakdowns, and being away from home can be exhausting. It takes a special kind of person to keep pushing through it all, and I’m incredibly proud of him.
I’ve learned pretty much everything I know about trucking from him. And every time I have to jump in and help, someone inevitably says, “I can tell he trained you because you know what you’re doing!” 🤣
Meanwhile, I’m over here completely terrified, wondering how I ended up doing a “man’s job.” 😂💪🏼 But I’m proud of what I’ve learned, and I’m even more proud of the person who taught me.
And I want to give a HUGE shout-out to all the truck drivers I’ve met, along with the truck-driving family and friends I know. You guys truly rock, and I appreciate you more than you know! ❤️
This job is not for the weak. So to every driver out there putting in the miles, working long hours, and keeping this country moving:
