Lee's Welding & Fabrication Lee's Welding & Fabrication, Inc, Owings Mills, MD 21117 Established in Owings Mills, Maryland, founder Carl Arndt opened Carl's Welding in 1936.

The Company was then purchased by his son Lee Arndt in 1978 and renamed Lee's Welding. Continuing in the family tradition, in January 1996 Lee decided to incorporate the business with his two son's Brian Arndt (1996-2008) & Jason Arndt under the name LBJ Associates, Inc. as of 2008 the company currently operates as follows:
