Our crews are continuing their work in Middle River, building concrete decks, walls, and columns. We have partnered with St. John Properties on the concrete package of the Aspen at Greenleigh 6-story above-ground cast-in-place parking garage. This project lets us use our new Potain MDLT 1109 top-slewing tower crane, capable of lifting 40 tons!

Here is one of our students, showing off the bucket hat he designed and sewed on his own! The Schuster Foundation's after school program teaches Baltimore City youth real life skills like sewing and carpentry. Some of these skills are the very same ones puts to use every day in the concrete construction trade!

Through the Schuster Foundation, we provide accessible equestrian lessons for the youth of our community. Kindness starts with connection and these young people are learning how to build those connections here. Today, its big smiles with a horse that teaches confidence, patience, and compassion. In the future, they will have these experiences in teamwork and trust building to help guide them!

Equestrian lessons are out of reach for many families, but we believe access matters. The bond formed between children, animals, and a community fosters a true sense of belonging. That is something worth building ! 🐴💛

No matter how many times it happens, watching one of our tower cranes go up is always a cool sight 🏗️ To those in the industry, a tower crane is a sign that the sky line is about to be changed as something great gets built. We know the amount of hard work that goes into each silhouette in our cities, even the tower crane! At Schuster our crane crew is an essential part of the team.
