The Minneapolis Public Housing Authority's largest new construction project in two decades — the $47M Family Housing Expansion Project that comprises 84 two- and three-bedroom units in 16 small apartment buildings spread across the city — is nearing completion. RISE Modular is thrilled to announce the addition of two members to its leadership team: new chief operating officer of manufacturing, Martin Hancharenko, MBA, and chief financial officer Brian Jacobson, MBA, CMA.

The Rise Modular, Proset Modular and Frerichs Construction team has set 99/126 mods in neighborhoods throughout Minneapolis.
