HIRING - Bathroom Remodeling & Christmas Light Installation Technician
Full-Time W-2 Position | Owasso / Tulsa Area
Learn a skilled trade. Work directly with the owner. Build bathrooms in the spring and summer, install professional holiday lighting in the fall and winter.

We’re looking for a dependable, coachable person who wants to learn skilled trades and build a future.
You’ll work directly alongside the owner on custom bathroom remodels, tile showers, waterproofing systems, demolition, finish carpentry, and residential remodeling projects throughout the Tulsa area.
Unlike many construction jobs, you won’t be sent off to work alone or left to figure things out yourself. Most days you’ll be working directly alongside the owner, learning proven techniques, jobsite professionalism, and the skills needed to become a highly valuable tradesperson.
During the holiday season, you’ll also help install professional Christmas light displays on homes and businesses throughout Northeast Oklahoma.
No experience is required. We can teach the skills. We can’t teach work ethic, attitude, or dependability.
What You’ll Learn

* Able to lift 50+ pounds
* Comfortable working on ladders
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

This Position Is NOT For Someone Who:
* Frequently calls in or shows up late
* Has a poor attitude or creates drama
* Doesn’t take pride in their work
* Wants to spend the day on their phone
* Isn’t interested in learning new skills
Compensation & Growth
* Starting pay: $20/hour
* Full-time W-2 employment
* Consistent 40–50 hour work weeks
* Overtime opportunities during peak Christmas light season
* Paid holidays and PTO available
* Hands-on training and mentorship
* 90-day performance review
* Annual performance reviews thereafter
* Performance-based raises based on dependability, attitude, skill development, productivity, and initiative
