Jordan Winans with The Mortgage Link gave our 10-minute presentation at Gold Star this morning and did a fantastic job!

Jordan broke down several different types of mortgage loans, explaining the differences, benefits, and how the right financing option can look different for every buyer. 🏡

One of the things I appreciate about Jordan is his ability to take something that can feel complicated and make it easy to understand. If you’re thinking about buying a home, refinancing, or simply want to understand what financing options may be available to you, Jordan is a great resource.

This week we had the pleasure of learning about Real Estate myths from our favorite realtor Rosetta Britton.

Rosetta shared with us that it is not always true that you need 20% down to buy a home. Also contrary to popular belief zestimate is not always the best way to value your property.

Did you know that a good referral for Rosetta is anyone looking to buy, sell, build or invest? She is never too busy for your referrals.

If you or someone you know is looking to buy, sell, build or invest reach out to Rosetta. Even if you think it may be a year or two before you can she will be happy to help.

Last week we heard from Kyle with Massey Services.
Kyle shared with us ways to keep those pesky pests away.

Did you know that having more than 2 inches of mulch or having leaf litter could attract those unwanted pests?

If you need some help with unwanted pests give Kyle and his team a call. They will help!
