B3 Construction is looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to join our growing civil construction and site development team.

We’re looking for a strong field leader with experience overseeing complete site development projects, including earthwork, grading, underground utilities, storm drainage, concrete, and coordination of crews and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate should be able to manage daily field operations, maintain production schedules, coordinate manpower and equipment, enforce jobsite safety, read and understand construction plans, communicate with project managers and inspectors, and keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.

Civil/site development superintendent experience is required.
