Precision and safety are at the core of every healthcare project Evardy touches.

While we're currently on-site at AdventHealth and CMH Shawnee, healthcare builds have been a big part of our story for a long time. Today we are throwing it back to one of Evardy's favorite medical milestones: the Prairie Star Medical Office Building. This was a massive ground-up build that set the standard for how we tackle complex healthcare environments today.

Whether it’s a brand-new build from the dirt up or a modern renovation, we’re proud to be a trusted partner for local healthcare systems.

The Evardy Construction team is proud to be the contractor behind Indra Group USA’s brand-new Manufacturing Center of Excellence at the Great Plains Commerce Center in Olathe.

Our crew is hard at work building this massive 118,000-square-foot facility. We love working on projects like this, especially knowing it will bring over 200 high-tech manufacturing jobs to the local community.

🏗️ Things are shaping up fast at the new AdventHealth Cardiovascular Clinic!

The metal framing is officially up, and you can really start to see the whole footprint coming together. We’re building out everything for this clinic—from the patient exam rooms to the main entryway and all the supporting medical spaces in between.

We also just completed a full scan of the entire site with our trusty Matterport 3D Camera. Getting a precise "digital twin" allows us to lock in exactly where every pipe, wire, and duct is before the drywall goes up, which makes future collaboration smoother and saves a ton of headaches down the road.

Progress is moving fast at the upcoming Children’s Mercy Convenient Care facility in Shawnee KS. Insulation is in, and drywall is officially going up!

We couldn't make this happen without the dedication and hard work of our subcontractors. To celebrate the milestones hit so far, we took a brief pause today to look after the team with a catered lunch on-site! A massive thank you to our dedicated superintendents and partners who are pouring their energy into this build.

We are excited to play a part in bringing accessible, top-tier healthcare closer to families in the Shawnee community. Stay tuned for more updates! 🏥✨

🚧 Progress Update: We are nearing the finish line at Waldo Wash & Tumble! 🌀✨

We are officially in the final stretches of commercial build-out for the new Waldo Wash & Tumble facility, and the space is looking incredible. From the sleek black-and-white custom tile work to installing heavy-duty, high-efficiency Huebsch commercial laundry machines, our team has focused on delivering a space that balances high-traffic durability with a clean, welcoming aesthetic for the community.

A huge thank you to our team and trusted trade partners for their work on this space... We can't wait to see the doors open soon!

Children’s Mercy Hospital Convenient Care clinic in Shawnee is taking shape. Interior framing for the future exam rooms and corridor layouts are well underway. Evardy completed a scan today to capture the latest progress!

Our Evardy Construction team recently delivered and installed two remote FIFA World Cup merchandise kiosks at Kansas City International Airport!

Installed near the terminal Fountain and in the Baggage Claim area, the kiosks are part of preparations as Kansas City gets ready to welcome visitors from around the world for the World Cup. Next time you’re traveling through KCI, check them out! ⚽️🏆

The steel is going vertical at Doherty Steel!

The exciting addition is underway, which will include a new open office and reception area, with the structural steel framing now in place. This ground-up addition expands the existing facility and connects directly to the current structure.
