Overland Park, this one was a project. 🛠️

This home needed some serious love — heavy scraping, Bondo work, rotted wood replacement, AND a deck refresh. Not exactly a light lift, but that's kind of our thing.

Once everything was structurally solid and prepped the right way, we got to the fun part. The exterior got a fresh finish and the deck walked away with a bold darker blue that ties the whole look together beautifully. 🎨

Some houses don't just need paint. They need a rescue mission first.

This one was a full package — insurance scope, wood rot repair, a complete exterior repaint, AND a full deck refresh to tie it all together. Bill wanted everything to match and we made sure it did. 🎨

Shoutout to the crew for handling a big, multi-scope project north of the river with the same attention to detail we bring to every job. Nothing slipped through the cracks — unless it was old caulk. And we took care of that too. 😄

This Roeland Park exterior was begging for a fresh start. 🚂

Years of failing paint meant serious scraping before a single drop of color touched this house — and we didn't cut corners.

After stripping it down and prepping it right, we finished it off with Benjamin Moore's Night Train. Dark, bold, and absolutely worth the work.

All aboard the glow-up. 🚂
