In Florida, summer turns a dead HVAC into a countdown.
Every property manager knows how this usually goes. The approval sits in someone's inbox. The vendor gets back to you in a few days. The quote needs a second look. Meanwhile the unit's another two degrees hotter and the resident's calling for the third time.
Here's how this one went a few weeks ago:
9:30 AM—the call comes in. The system's out. Replacement approved on the spot.
11:15 AM—the right pro is identified and dispatched.
2:30 PM—pro on-site, old unit pulled, new system going in.
4:30 PM—same day, the resident is back in a cool home.
No back-and-forth. No "we'll get someone out next week."
That's not luck. That's coordination—approval, dispatch, and the everyone moving together instead of waiting on each other.
We're heading into the season where this stops being impressive and starts being the bar. Heat doesn't wait, and neither should the people living through it.
