We are excited to start work on the Independence Surgery Center!

This project will remodel the existing 5,300 sf. On the Border building into an Oral Surgery center with new structural, civil, and interior additions. It will be located in the Hartman Heritage shopping center in Independence, MO near I-70 and I-470 interchange.

Keep an eye out for the transformation!

Kristin supports the project management team by handling daily logistics and managing subcontracts. She is is an asset to Monarch Build and we are proud to have her as part of our team for the past year!
