Specialized healthcare and laboratory environments require detailed coordination long before construction begins. For the 36,000 sq. ft. Lauderdale Community Hospital project, our team provided extensive preconstruction and construction services to deliver a modern healthcare facility serving the surrounding rural community.

The project included highly specialized spaces such as laboratory, imaging, pharmacy, surgical, rehabilitation, respiratory therapy, and clinical areas.

It was great connecting with local business and community leaders at the Visit Shawnee Kansas Tourism Luncheon. We enjoyed hearing from Sporting KC legend Matt Besler on leadership and youth development, along with learning more about the community impact Woodland Football Club is making throughout Shawnee.

A look back at this 58,832 sq. ft. tenant improvement for Cboe, where our team transformed a former expo space into a modern Class A office environment built for collaboration and flexibility.

The project included specialty spaces such as a coffee bar, town hall, and executive board room, along with extensive audio/visual coordination integrated throughout the space.

It was agreat day supporting the The Builders Golf Fore Scholarship Tournament as a sponsor and participant.

With Phil Thomas serving as Scholarship Chair, this event is especially meaningful to our team. Funds raised support The Builders Scholarship Foundation and help provide scholarships to students pursuing careers in construction.

A successful phase completed for a great client! The ICL Lab project in Lawrence, Kansas included 2,135 sq. ft. of demolition and build-back for upgraded lab and office space designed to support their team’s ongoing growth. We appreciate the opportunity to continue working alongside ICL and are looking forward to the next phase of the project.
