Growing Up Temp-Con šŸššŸ“ø

In 2017, a new Temp-Con van became the start of a family tradition. Every time Dad gets a new Temp-Con vehicle, his kids climb in to check it out, check out all the buttons and give it their stamp of approval.

Nine years later, those photos have become a pretty great timeline of them growing up alongside Dadā€™s career at Temp-Con.

What started with two littles checking out Dadā€™s work van has turned into a collection of photos that means a little more every year.

Weā€™re proud of the people who make up Temp-Con, and proud that their families are part of the story too.

Apparently, our team doesnā€™t leave horsepower at work. šŸ

Weā€™ve got a couple of racers on the Temp-Con team who have been making some noise at the track.

Brian took 1st place in the Sportsman class at the Danny Henderson Memorial Race at US-36 Raceway, working his way through six rounds in his stick-shift ā€™89 Mustang. It marked his second first-place finish in his last three outings.

Justin also hit the track at the Jerry Renschler Memorial Race, and while heā€™s plenty comfortable behind the wheel, one of his proudest wins came as crew chief, helping his son earn his first-ever race victory.

We're proud to celebrate the people behind Temp-Con and the things they're passionate about when theyā€™re off the clock. Congratulations, Brian and Justin!

HVAC replacement is underway at Lee's Summit North High School and our team is replacing the school's custom rooftop units. The heaviest section topped the scales at 26,000 pounds and required a 750-ton crane that took a full day and a second crane to set up.

Projects like this take careful coordination and a team that knows how to work together safely from start to finish!

A successful installation starts long before materials reach the jobsite. Through prefabrication, our teams use innovative technology to complete more work before installation begins. This helps maximize man-hours, improve safety and create a more efficient process in the field.

Meet the people behind the process and see what it takes to get from prefab to install. Watch the full video on our YouTube channel!

Comfort doesn't happen by accident. It takes skilled technicians to keep buildings running, customers comfortable, and critical systems operating at their best.

Today, we're celebrating National HVAC Tech Day and recognizing the hardworking professionals at Temp-Con who make it happen. Thanks for everything you do!
