Great review from Joe... "These guys were awesome. Pedro C, the lead, super nice guy. They did a great job cutting an access and installing insulation. They worked fast, put down plastic to minimize the mess, and they cleaned up afterwards. Carpets were cleaner than when they got here. Couldn't be happier."

Some mornings, the best thing your house can do is nothing at all. No drafts to notice, no thermostat to argue with — just quiet. That's one less thing to think about, which is kind of the point.

"Max and his team were amazing we had all the old broke down insulation removed and sanitized, fix a few things and then the new insulation blown in all-in-one day, they were knowledgeable and very professional. I next year we are having more work done and I will definitely be using Koala Insulation of KC :)"

Great review from Mark... "Koala Insulation of KC did a great job on insulation removal and re-insulation in my attic. Pricing was fair and just as importantly, the guys on both crews worked hard, kept the mess in check, and paid attention to detail. I had originally thought I wanted to use spray foam, but in my first conversation with the company, Dave, the owner, coached me into making a more affordable, reasonable solution in my specific situation. Then Max the project manager, and all the guys – Cody (x2), Daniel, and Jaime – did a good job following through. Max demonstrated great patience and flexibility with me to break the project up a bit so I could get some other work done in the attic (electrical, etc). Daniel and Jaime were good communicators and didn't seem to mind all my questions, bad jokes, and the fact I crawled up into the attic to check everything while they were working. I was especially impressed with the detailed attic seal-up job Daniel and Jaime did and their work on the re-insulation was great. I now have about 20 inches of pure driven snow-looking insulation in my attic. Now I can stand out back with a b**r and talk to Dale about insulation. It's a wonderful thing."

Ask Obie: what makes a house actually feel like home once fall hits? It's less about decor and more about how it feels to just sit in a room — steady temperature, no drafts, no weird cold spots. That's the part nobody notices until it's missing.
