Is your machine shop leaking?

Insurance carrier said this claim was a loss below deductible. Fortunately, MSR worked with the carrier and provided extensive documentation that turned into a full roof replacement for the house.
All gutters and down spouts approved and Machine shop metal roof approved.
House roof completed.
Shop roof completed.
New black gutters will be completed next week.

This was a fun one. Great damage on 2/4 slopes. 15 year old roof that was showing some heavy wear and tear on south and west facing slopes. Great hail in this area for the weather maps only showing 1-1.25.

Customer made some great choices on the shingle and gutter color.
Owens Corning Duration Premium. Class 3 hail IR roof system. Onyx Black in color. Duration really has a classy look. Blacked out accessories, double boot pipe flashings, new black chimney flashing and step flashing.

Can't say a big enough Thank You to Lorenzo & J and A Roofing. Very hot days. Was suppose to be roof loaded but delivery driver decided driveway was risky to drive on. Shout out to Luke & Zach at ABC Supply on sending us videos showing the concerns.

Successful Roofing & Exterior trades relies on several good components. These are the relationships we've created with experience and knowledge.

Check out the photos from the beginning to end of the process. I do not have the new gutter photos but they went back with similar to existing color. Almond. The colors really look great.

It's April of 2023 and Maryville had a decent little hail storm. I was referred by an American Family Agent cause the very nice lady, Shari was selling her house. Roof & gutters approved. We've kept in touch over the last two years.

March 2026. Shari and her awesome new husband Rick referred me to her son in Johnson County. Really enjoyed this process and build with Connor. I had one of my Sr. Executive Sales/ Licensed Adjusters co handle the process. Derek does a phenomenal job for our Team.

Got rid of the Certainteed Presidential and installed a GAF Woodlands Designer Class 4 Hail Impact rated, color Castlewood gray.

Great choice!

Matt & Christy had an older roof and was located on the edge of the storm. They had 1-1.25 inch hail. It was enough for a full approval with State Farm.

We installed a Tamko Tiitan XT Rustic Black. Class 3 Hail IR. They will enjoy a nice 20% discount off their premium moving forward.

We installed a new skylight which had a retractable blind but the way the skylight framing was built didn't allow for the insert blind.

The chimney was 36" wide and code requires a cricket over 30". We installed the saddle and installed some nice chimney flashing.

Really enjoyed this build. Great people to work with, Agent referred.

Efi turns 82 in 7 days. She's from Greece. We've enjoyed getting to know each other through the claims process. Amazing story. Her neighbor has been checking in on her since her husband passed 12 years ago referred me after We completed his roof. Thank you for the referrals. Over 85% of our business comes from Agent & customer referral's.
I stopped by today to pick up the payment and visit. We enjoyed a good 2 hour visit and she spoiled me with Baklava.

Her neighbor helped choose brand and color. We installed a Tamko Titan XT Antique Slate. Class 3 Hail IR. She's very happy and still as ornery as she was when we first met.

James had planned on paying for a roof this year or next. March 10th was an answered prayer. 1.25 inch hail impacted his older roof. His State Farm Agent gave James my number to go take a look. I felt the damage was good on 2 of the 4 directional slopes. I knew James had planned on paying for a roof out of pocket, so I explained even a partial would be helpful. State Farm sent out an experienced Independent Adjuster who did a fabulous job from inspection to settlement. James was excited to know he was getting a total roof replacement on house and the shed along with brand new gutters.

James reviewed the Malarkey, Owens Corning, & Tamko choices. He selected the Tamko Titan XT Natural Timber class 3. Tamko does not make that color in the Storm Fighter Flex Class 4, but he will still get a 20% discount off his yearly premium with the class 3.

Terra Bronze gutters and down spouts will get done within a couple weeks.

James told me yesterday he was extremely happy with how the entire process was handled from start to finish. He and my crew leader Lorenzo hit it off real well too. I constantly get praises and compliments on Lorenzo & crew. Great detail work and great cleanup every single job.

Ask me about Mack's job. Great story and even better memory. Mack's as cool as the other side of the pillow. Mack's a retired GC that was selling his house. Inspection wouldn't pass. Not Insurance claim worthy. I competed with a few other local roofing companies. Mack shook my hand and chose MSR. Half my business is RETAIL even with my insurance background. I hear from so many customers that they had 3-4 roofers out but I was the only one who returned a bid. We give bids on full replacements & repairs.

I work with Realtors, Buyers, Sellers, Agents. Property Management companies, Adjusters, & many other Professionals.

I have been working with Jeremy & Kendra for over a year. It took a few trips, lots of photos, videos, and determination, but we got the full roof approved with State Farm.

Now jump back 6 years ago. I was the State Farm adjuster who estimated for some minor wind damage in 2019. I told them then that the roof would be hard to repair due to its condition.

The SF Agent requested I go look early spring last year. They had a lot more wind damage and had already filed a claim which was estimated for another repair. We were not able to do a 45 shingle repair. Its condition wouldn't allow it. State Farm did the right thing after we sent several videos showing our attempts and approved it.

We installed an Owens Corning Duration class 3 Hail impact rated system in Williamsburg gray. It turned out really nice.

We've since got full approval on gutters and should be getting the approval on the metal shop roof in a few days.

Customers decided to go with black gutters and downspouts. And plan on going with a dark gray 26 gauge metal for the shop roof.

These homeowners will now enjoy a 20% discount off their premium with the class 3 roof system. Their SF Agent is a good friend of theirs and mine. Feels good considering the up hill battle we started with.

Ice & water is not code for Lafayette county, but we still installed it around the eaves & valleys.

Great pleasure working with Mike. I was referred by his State Farm Agent. Small but dense 1.25 inch hail impacted this 23 year old laminate shingle over wood shake roof. State Farm approved complete re-deck. We brought the roof up to code with ice & water barrier, and installed a Tamko Titan XT Thunderstorm gray class 3 hail rated roof system. All new black flashings and trim. Mike will receive a 20% discount on his premium now.
