We recently welcomed representatives from the Departments of Transportation of Idaho, Colorado, Wyoming, Oklahoma, Nebraska and Utah along with leading cement and concrete researchers to our Laboratory and Solutions Center in Overland Park, Kansas.
Held during the National Concrete Consortium Meeting, the visits provided an opportunity to tour our world-class facility, learn more about our testing capabilities, and discuss industry developments, blended cements and supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs) and ongoing advancements in cement and concrete materials.
At Ash Grove, we are constantly exploring new ideas, technologies, and processes to improve product performance and support the long-lasting infrastructure our communities depend on. Our teams work every day to advance innovation, quality, and technical excellence, partnering with customers and industry stakeholders to develop solutions that meet evolving construction needs.

We're proud to have played a small role in a colorful new addition to Seattle's Woodland Park Zoo!
Ash Grove recently contributed to the construction of Lorikeet Landing, a new walk-through aviary at Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle, Washington. The attraction gives visitors the opportunity to experience vibrant lorikeets up close while learning about wildlife, conservation, and biodiversity.
Supporting projects that enrich our communities is an important part of who we are. We're honored to have contributed to a space that will inspire curiosity, learning, and memorable experiences for visitors of all ages.

We were pleased to welcome representatives from the Danish Consulate to the Ash Grove Mississauga Plant in Ontario for a visit to our groundbreaking carbon capture and utilization project with Carbon Upcycling Technologies Technologies. It was a valuable opportunity to share the progress being made as this first-of-its-kind commercial facility in Canada moves closer to commissioning and initial operations.
The visit was an opportunity to highlight how collaboration across industry, government, and innovation ecosystems can accelerate cement decarbonization. Together with Carbon Upcycling, we are leveraging innovative carbon capture and utilization technology to permanently sequester CO₂ from our cement kiln and transform locally produced industrial byproducts into high-quality, low-carbon supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs).
Thank you to the Danish Consulate for visiting and learning more about this important initiative. We look forward to sharing additional milestones as we move toward commissioning and initial operations.

We are excited to announce the opening of a new Sapphire Americas facility in Plant City, Florida, the company's largest facility to date.
At the new Plant City facility, approved commercial and industrial residual materials that are not suitable for traditional recycling are carefully evaluated, processed, and prepared for beneficial use as alternative fuels in cement manufacturing.
Sapphire Americas, part of the Ash Grove family, is dedicated to helping businesses manage challenging residual materials more sustainably.

We were pleased to welcome more than 20 congressional staff members of Center Forward to our Seattle plant.

For more than a century, our Seattle plant has played an important role in supporting the Pacific Northwest's growth, providing the cement needed for critical infrastructure projects, from airports and transit systems to the buildings that shape Seattle's skyline. Since beginning operations in 1920, the plant has remained focused on operational excellence, innovation, and environmental stewardship.

Visits like these help us engage policymakers in meaningful discussions, educate them about cement production and infrastructure needs, and showcase the impact our people and products have in building stronger, more resilient communities.
