Our Velpen customers are still under a Boil Advisory. I have added a sheet with some advice to follow during an advisory.

The Velpen leak has been repaired. The Boil Order is still active for ALL Velpen residents. We will update when testing has been completed. Thanks to everyone for your patience over the past couple of days.

VELPEN CUSTOMERS: We are still trying to locate the cause of the water outage, for those without water. We have a plan for tomorrow to try and isolate the issue and will keep everyone updated. In the meantime, Everyone with a Velpen address is still under a Boil Advisory.

Boil Advisory has been issued to ALL Otwell Water Customers in Velpen.

Anyone from 200 S to Velpen will experience no water or low pressure. We have been unable to locate the cause, due to the high waters. Keith will be back out in the morning once the water levels go down.
